Our trip took place at the turn of September and October 2024. Although a lot of time has passed, we still remember our adventures and the places we visited.

So if you are thinking about such a trip, do not hesitate! I really recommend it 😁

My cousin did research on guides, finally chose Lalanga Rajapaksha R11; KOT CEYLON. And it was a great choice! Each of us liked it from the first minutes of meeting 😁 We were also the first group with whom Sampath learned everything! 😉

These two and our team immediately found a common language! 😁 The same sense of humor, but also seriousness when the situation required it, as well as the sense of security provided by Sampath, who took care of us in Lalanga’s absence. I even laughed that I felt like I had a bodyguard 😉 He was always close by and gave a hand when the going was tough and made sure that everyone was okay 😁

The plan that my cousin prepared in consultation with Lalanga was great! Some might think it was intense, but for us it was great 😁 We rested while driving to the next places to have energy for the next sightseeing 😁 Lalanga and Sampath have a lot of knowledge about the places we visited. It was great communicating with them in English. They fulfilled our whims, like the thousandth stop for coconut water or delicious fruit. We spent two mega successful weeks together.

Lalanga is an empathetic, witty and kind person. He has a sense of when to throw in an anecdote and when to let us enjoy the moment. Thanks to him, we didn’t feel like we were traveling with a stranger – the atmosphere was exceptionally friendly. I can say the same about Sampath.

Lalanga knows Sri Lanka like few others and is able to change the plan on the fly, adapting it to the conditions so that the trip is perfect.

His offer included 14 days, transfers, accommodation with breakfasts and above all his company, and we also managed to get to know Sampath. We felt taken care of – for example, they made sure that no one cheated us and negotiated the best prices for us.

We found Lalanga through a Polish Facebook group, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions of our trip. From the very beginning, he helped us create our sightseeing plan, ensuring we could make the most of our time.

In the end, instead of one driver, we were provided with two, at the same price, which was an unexpected but very welcome surprise. However, they were much more than just drivers—Sampath and Nilanga acted as translators, showed us local attractions, shared bits of history, and helped us arrange things that would have been difficult to handle on our own.

We spent nine days with them, and throughout the trip, they were always punctual, helpful, and cheerful. Their positive attitude and dedication made our experience truly exceptional. If you’re planning a trip, we can’t recommend their services enough!

We took a driver without a guide for 2 days to visit the Kandy area.

We discussed the route for both days in advance.

Our driver was very polite, waited for us at each of our attractions and we did not pay for his parking. Gasoline and parking were included.

The driver also helped us with trips to shops and local tents.

One day in the evening he waited for us from the restaurant and took us to the hotel.

The only negative was that the driver didn’t speak English, but we used Google translate,but it was ok.

Strávili jsme s průvodci Sampath R. + Lalanga 6 úžasných dní. V mikrobuse v celkem 8 lidech (4 dospělí a 4 děti od 4 do 12 let).

Lalanga navrhl plán cesty a doporučil nám upravit ubytování, což bylo skvělé řešení. Sampath nám pak na cestě několikrát ušetřil nemálo peněz a času. Skvěle nás upozornil ve chvílích, kdy hrozilo kulturní fau-paux a celou dobu se snažil nám zajistit komfort, přestože v hlavní sezóně byly služby často téměř vyprodané, Lalanga a Sampath nás vždy zvládli dostat na všechna zajímavá místa. Cena za služby je naprosto adekvátní a rozhodně nelitujeme, že jsme si KOT vybrali. Ze Sampatha se stal přítel a naše děti na něj často vzpomínají.

We were in Sri Lanka with 6 month baby in November 2024. Ranil Sampath was our driver and it was a pleasure to visit Sri Lanka with him. He helped us a lot during our trip, he visited all places with us. He even was trying to help us when our son was not in good mood :). We really appreciated time with Ranil Sampath, each day he was smiling, and what was very important for us because of our baby- he was very good and calm driver. 100% recommend!

Traveled to Srilanka with my husband and 2 year old son in November 2024. Lalanga was with us on our 5 day trip through the island and helped on every question we had. Good driver and a nice person! 100% recommend!

Last days of our trip and on our other daytrip we were with Ranil Sampath – only positive experience too. Great person, good driver and perfect with timing (without him would’ve missed turtle release activity). Five stars for both!

Мы с ребятами арендовали машину с водителем и гид LaLa был, потрясающее путешествие в центр острова Шри , на 3 дня арендовали и продлили еще на 1 день настолько было комфортно , постоянно шутили, практиковали Анг язык . Показали нам красивые места, сдружились мы за эти дни, если еще соберусь на Шри Ланку обязательно обращусь к ним и всем рекомендую )

We took the servece of this company to times, in 2023 and 2024 years.

Both times every thing was excellent.

In 2023 we visited Pinawella, Kandy, Sigiria, Polunaruwa, Nuwara Elia, Ella, Yala.

In 2024 we visited Kandy Perahera in august, Kandalama, Matale, Sigiria.

Drivers were very careful, good at english. Cars were comfortable, Organization was perfect, and according to time table.

We ordered a car with a private driver at Lalanga’s company. Nice, clean, fair price. We had a great driver and a safe trip. Highly recommended.

We were travelling on Sri Lanka with 2 kids – 9 years and 8 months old and always used Lalanka`s transfer. Everything was excellent, drivers were polite and positive, cars were good. I can recommend Lalanka for sure.
